TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES :

Agreeing to our terms allows us to continue to offer low cost to all.

By retaining any service(s) on this website, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has reviewed all terms and conditions and consents to them.

HOW WE DO BUSINESS :

• Machine Shop Services
50% Retainer of Machine Work Labor Cost at start of job.


• BOM Materials, Parts & Components
100% Pre-Payment of Job Bill of Materials Order Cost at start of job,
or supply your approved BOM materials, parts & components at start of job.

All services rendered are assumed to be placed in the State of Oregon. The law of the State of Oregon shall apply when construing or enforcing this transaction, and Washington County, Oregon shall be the venue for any legal proceeding arising out of this transaction.

After a project has not been actively funded for more than 30 days, or work has not been fully paid for, and or client has failed to maintain contact with us on a monthly basis, beyond this point we cannot be held responsible for keeping client materials and or files. Without correspondence from client monthly, project materials and other related items will be considered abandoned property and forefeited, either destroyed or sold to cover any outstanding invoice.

In the event of a dispute regarding the service, or services rendered, in the event suit or action is instituted to enforce any provisions thereof, Affordable Machine Shop Services, assumes no responsibility for the challenging party's attorney's fees.
